ASHBURN, VA – January 2, 2026
Davis Infrastructure, a leading provider of mission critical power and cooling solutions, is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Parameter, a leader in manufacturing of monitoring and detection solutions for data centers, utilities, and critical infrastructure.
The collaboration combines Davis Infrastructure’s proven expertise in mission critical power and cooling solutions with Parameter’s industry-leading solutions in battery monitoring and leak detection technology delivering comprehensive solutions that meets the mission critical needs of today’s data centers, utilities, and critical infrastructure operations across education, medical facilities, and the public sector.
“Our team has a long history of working closely with the Parameter team, dating back to our time at previous organizations,” said Terry James Davis, Principal and Visionary at Davis Infrastructure. “We’re excited to now formalize that relationship at Davis and deliver even greater levels of service and reliability to our customers.”
Parameter’s industry-trusted battery monitoring solution (formerly known as Cellwatch) tracks data to help users plan and forecast when battery replacements will be needed, greatly reducing the chance of an outage, mitigating the worry of downtime and improving safety.
Similarly, Parameter’s leak detection solutions (formerly known as RLE) address threats to any critical infrastructure environment. Liquid hazards typically appear quickly and can cause irreparable damage to systems; it takes just minutes for a liquid hazard to develop from malfunction to system failure. Parameter’s reliable liquid sensing cables and spot-detectors sense any liquid leaks and provides alerts, immediately averting downtime and the likelihood of catastrophic failure. Parameter’s leak detection solutions complement Davis Infrastructure’s existing high-density cooling solutions.
“We are proud to welcome Davis Infrastructure as an authorized partner for Cellwatch, RLE, and Triad products,” shared Joe Arena, Chief Commercial Officer, Parameter. “Davis has built a strong reputation for expert support and thoughtful solutions in mission-critical environments, making them a natural partner. Together we will deliver greater visibility through power and facility monitoring systems that support critical operations, giving customers greater confidence in their operations running smoothly.”
With a strong relationship between the two companies, Davis Infrastructure’s customers will benefit from accelerated implementation timelines and enhanced technical support, which will enable faster deployment and time to full operations. The partnership is structured to provide seamless integration of solutions, ensuring customers not only run best-in-class power and cooling solutions, but that they are able to have 360-degree view of their systems to deliver best-in-class service to their customers and stakeholders.
